The Toronto Police would like to ask the public for their assistance locating a missing man.

Emmanuel Cplombe, 22, was last seen on Wednesday, September 18, 2019,
at approximately 9:49 a.m., in the area of King Street West and Springhurst Avenue.

He is described as 5’11”, 180 lbs., with black, curly hair, brown eyes, a black beard and moustache. He was last seen wearing glasses, a black and white layered t-shirt, black pants and white sneakers.

Police are concerned for his well-being.

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of arrests made in series of distraction thefts.

In the month of June, 2019, Toronto Police issued a Public Safety Alert, advising the public of a series of distraction thefts which were taking place throughout the Greater Toronto Area

Members of the 42 Division Major Crime Unit commenced an investigation. On Monday, September 16, 2019, they executed a Criminal Code Search Warrant at a residence in the Conlins Road and Ellesmere Avenue area.

It is alleged that:

- a quantity of stolen property and a large amount of counterfeit jewelry were seized

Elena Ghiocel, 49, and Nicolae Ghiocel, 48, both of Toronto were arrested.

Elena Ghiocel, 49, has been charged with:

1. Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000
2. Possession of Proceeds of Crime
3. Robbery

Nicolae Ghiocel, 48, has been charged with:

1. Possession of Property Obtained By Crime Over $5000
2. Possession of Proceeds of Crime
3. Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence

They are both scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a man who is currently being treated in hospital. He was located on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, in the Queen Street East and Coxwell Avenue area. He appears disoriented and is unable to identify himself. He is not carrying any identification.

He is described as white, 5’7"-5’8", approximately 120 lbs., with a thin build, long white hair and full white beard. He was found wearing a blue hospital gown, burgundy sweater, black jacket and black running shoes.

His photograph is attached.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing boy.

Iziah Thompson, 12, was last seen on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at 5:45 p.m., in the area of Pharmacy Avenue and Huntingwood Drive.

He is described as 5’ with a muscular build, and short, wavy, black hair. He was last seen wearing a light-blue tank top, black shorts, black running shoes and a grey baseball cap with a red peak.

Police are concerned for his safety.
